The doctors at Argyle Street Medical Centre are very familiar with the appropriate management of worker's compensation cases and appreciate the need to return to work as soon as possible with suitable restrictions in place if necessary.

 

We are able to provide for yourself or employee:

• Short waiting times. Priority given to patients attending the centre during work time
• X-Ray, ultrasound, pathology, nurses are on site daily
• Suturing of lacerations, plastering broken bones, treatment of eye injuries, removal of foreign bodies, daily dressings
• Designated staff member to oversee the prompt return of management plans

We believe that we provide a unique high standard of patient care that cannot be paralleled. This is primarily because our doctors and nurses are very experienced in the management of acute injuries.

 

We have the facilities to initiate first line treatment immediately eg. X-Rays, dressings, pain relief and observation by a registered nurse prior to transfer to hospital if necessary.
